I am a people person. I love to build relationships with people and work with them. Being a part of the process in peoples' fitness journey is so rewarding! There is nothing better than helping someone change their life.

I have a passion for fitness, being healthy and having an active lifestyle. What I believe in is finding a balance in life and being healthy so that you are still eating and enjoying life but staying in shape and looking the way you want. It's possible to have both! 

My fitness journey has taught me a lot of things. I used to be really skinny, physically weak, frail, unhealthy, had aches and pains, inactive, wasn't confident in my own skin, lacked motivation and dedication and felt terrible overall. Through exercise, I became more comfortable in my own skin, confident about my body, felt good about my body, having more energy, learned what it takes to have discipline, dedication and not feel physically weak or frail.

The feeling that I got when I would carry my car tires and putting them in my trunk would give me lower back pain was my breaking point. This all happened when I was 24 years old. I already felt like I was falling apart at such a young age. I realized I had to do something about it. Now, I can move those tires with ease and not worry about any pain whatsoever. 

What I hope is for everyone to be able to find this new found joy and confidence in themselves through exercise!
